  • So everybody has a common problem but they don’t know that how to solve it and they go only for medicine but today we will share about some home remedies that helps you to come out from your problem. And today I will also share my experience.

1. Mouth Ulcer

If you have mouth ulcer then it’s so painful and it cannot be tolerate, then you cannot to eat properly, even water cannot to drink.

  • Actually it happens accidently like your teeth bite inside your mouth corner or on your lips and it also may happens on your tongue, or you may suffer from stress or Fever whatever so you have to be careful. It may also happen for lack of your Vitamin-B12.

Carrot Juice

  • Always drink Juice like Carrot juice, Tomato juice, Lemon Juice, Mango juice because this type of food has Best source of vitamin-C, vitamin-B that helps you to recover your ulcer.
Khichdi


  • And eat soft food like Khichdi with all healthy vegetables and avoid junk food and fast food like Kurkure, chips, Chocolates, pizza, burger etc.
Rinse with salt warm water

  • Before eating you should to rinse with salt warm water. (Don’t worry it’s not painful)

Onion


  • You can use one Onion and make it paste of it and take out the liquid then mix some water and use in your hair and keep 2 Hours then wash your hair. You should to use almost daily.
  • And you can apply 2 Eggs on your hair and always use good conditioner and shampoo.

  • Always eat healthy food and avoid Cigarate, drinking alcohol etc. and do some exercise and Yoga.

3. Teething Pain


It is also common problem almost everybody has feel this Pain. It cannot be possible to tolerate. And everybody go with medicine pain killer tablet, which is very dangerous for your liver and kidney even it may damage your kidney so avoid it ( if you take  more than your dose)

Cloves ( Laugn)

  • You just take 2 or 3 pcs Cloves (Laugn) and make it powder then keep this powder inside your particular teeth. You will get instantly relief from teething pain. And you can take Cloves ( Laugn ) in high quantity and make powder of it then keep into the jar for future uses.

  • You can also apply little bit of onion in your teeth. You just take an onion or make cut pieces then you bite 1 piece of onion by your particular teeth.

Garlic

  • You can also use Garlic as same process like onion.

  • And wash your mouth with salty warm water before eating or going to bed.

  • And you brush 2 times in a day. (Very important before going to bed at night)

4. Stomach Pain


It is also a Common problem. Generally it happen by your unbalanced diet, maybe you have consumed bad food like fast food or junk food etc., or it may happen by bacterial infection. So it has good home remedies for instant relief.



  • First you have to consume water, more than 3-4 litter water per days.


Ginger

You
can also use a Ginger for your stomach pain, you just take little piece of Ginger and Paste of it then take out the liquid of it and then mix this liquid with warm water then Drink it.




Cumin ( sada Jeera ) and Ajwain
  • It is also same you just take little of both, cumin (sada Jeera) or Ajwain and make powder of these then mix with warm water and drink it.

No recommend (If you have so much pain then visit your nearest hospital or consult a Doctor)

5. Headaches 


It is very common problem, if you suffer from lot stress or you have much pressure of office work or anything whatever you can’t ignore this. But you can get instantly relief by these Remedies.

Ginger Tea

Make tea with ginger

  • You just make tea with ginger and drink it.
  • You increase your water intake, because Dehydration is another problem of Headaches. So always stay hydride.
  • Avoid rich food like very oily food and also avoid Alcohol.
Do some yoga

  • And do some exercise or Yoga for relaxation

 

You just take break for 20 minutes from your work and lie on you bed then Relax for sometimes.

 

Medicine for Headaches

  • B – Complex Vitamin (B vitamins are a group of water-soluble micronutrients that play many important roles in the body. For example, they contribute to neurotransmitter synthesis and help turn food into energy. Some B vitamins may have a protective effect against headaches.)
